With hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, and financial reporting, she supports clients through life's transitions. Known for her organization and ability to manage tight deadlines, Laura is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing reliable service. Whether hitting tax deadlines or helping clients achieve long-term financial goals, she takes pride in making the process smooth.
A proud mom of three daughters and a happy Mimi, Laura values the meaningful chapter of raising her children, which inspired her rewarding career in accounting. Rebecca Strobel

Rebecca began her journey in accounts receivable and virtual office work (ARVO) in 2020, as the world shut down and adaptability became paramount to continuing to complete work during the pandemic. She quietly stepped into her role as an executive assistant, helping with routine tasks of letter writing, digital filing and organization, mailing completed work, and a variety of mostly thankless tasks. She brought a willing heart to the table and became an invaluable supporter of the work being done by others in her family.
She’s the person who rarely faces a challenge she can’t conquer. She is intelligent, a fast learner, and problem solver. In her time working behind the scenes, she has mastered various software suites including MS Office (vital to office operations), Intuit products for bookkeeping, and is currently undertaking the mastery of the Sage product line. Rebecca is a multi-year holder of a QBO advanced certification having become very proficient at platform use.
Most importantly, Rebecca brings heart to her work. She values relationships, listens with empathy, and helps create a positive, supportive environment for everyone around her. For her, being an Executive Assistant isn’t just about managing tasks—it’s about making sure the people she supports can focus on what they do best, knowing she’s got their back for the multitude of administrative functions required to run a successful business.

After diligent learning and thorough reviews from Laura, Danielle developed a strong sense of confidence and pride in her work.
Today, Danielle boasts exceptional knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll, along with a keen understanding of the intricate details that make up a well-organized set of books. She genuinely enjoys the back-office work that many find tedious and is known for her personable approach, breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.
